Kelsey Carmody
Kelsey began teaching yoga at a Pilates Reformer studio and quickly fell in love with Pilates. She completed a comprehensive 450-hour Pilates Teacher training at Core Collective Broad in Memphis, TN, and started her teaching career in 2020. Kelsey brings expert knowledge of anatomy, ensuring all your muscles are engaged during class. Outside of teaching at Full Circle, she enjoys weight training and rollerblading the 606.
Stephanie Spiros
Stephanie fell in love with Joe Pilates’ teachings and aims to guide others toward optimal health and a balanced mind. Certified by Power Pilates in 2003, she has since dedicated herself to teaching full time. At Full Circle, Stephanie shares her extensive classical Pilates expertise through reformer, private, and duo classes. Beyond Pilates, she enjoys reading (holding a BA in History), nature walks with her husband and dogs, travel, cooking, and cherishing life’s simple pleasures with loved ones.
Jodi Lyons
Jodi discovered yoga in 2013 and later fell in love with barre3, inspiring her to transition from marketing to teaching for a deeper connection with others. She trained at barre3 in Chicago's West Loop in 2019, followed by 200 hours of yoga training at Zen Yoga Garage. In 2021, she trained with Page Barker at Page One Pilates for reformer Pilates instruction. Jodi now teaches full time and pursues a master’s in nutrition, blending her passion for movement and health. Outside teaching and studying, she enjoys cooking, concerts, and walks on the 606 with her husband Michael and dog.
Julia Atkin
Julia discovered Pilates through her mom while studying acting at DePaul University, finding it enhanced her acting process with its blend of low-impact strength training, mindful stretching, and synchronized breathwork. She has been teaching mat and reformer classes since 2017. Julia integrates her creative movement background from conservatory, incorporating techniques like Laban, Bartenieff Fundamentals, contact improvisation, yoga, dance, Alexander, and Feldenkrais into her classes. Her focus is on enhancing breath control, balance, and achieving a satisfying workout.
