As a thank-you for being part of the Full Circle Pilates community, all active members enjoy:

• A Free Class on Your Birthday
  Celebrate you! Book a class during your birthday week—on us.
• 1 Infrared Sauna Session Per Month  (Coming Soon)
  Once our sauna opens, members will receive one complimentary session each month to relax and recover.
  

Full Circle Pilates Membership Policies

 Membership Basics

• Month-to-Month: All memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew each month.
• Start Date: Memberships begin on the day you sign up.
• Class Expiration: Unused classes expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
• Membership Hold: Members may pause their membership once per year for one month. Please notify us 14 days in advance to schedule the hold.

Cancellation & Changes

• Membership Cancellation: To cancel your membership, please notify us at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
• No Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused classes or partially used memberships.

Booking & Attendance

• Late Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid losing the class credit.
• Waitlist: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You’ll be automatically added to class when a spot opens until 24 hours prior to class and notified via email or text.
